Or how 'bout "Don't do it at all." I have been there twice now today, and have managed to buy the wrong thing both times. And how's the service over there at the Champaign Do It Best you ask? STELLER! I come in with the wrong part in hand, they ask me "Can I help you?" and I say "Yeah, I bought the wrong part, and I need a different one, but I'm not sure which one"the answer? You thought it would be to take me over there and help me find what I need, right?

No shit.....I was there this morning, I don't need to know WHERE the parts are, I need to know WHICH part fits my mower.
Luckily the Farm and Fleet is open till 6, and the guy on the phone was super helpful, so I'm off to give my dollars to someone who cares.
Ahhhhh....the joys of being a home owner....I get to fix all this crap :)
