Epic Burger...the REAL one

Some of you may remember my Epic Burger post. I went, and while it was a good burger, I felt like the choices were limited.Enter the Butcher and the Burger.
This place is not only closer to my job, but it's better. You do pay about 5 bucks more than you do at EB, and you don't get a Coke. So yeah...it's way expensive. But choices? Let's talk about choices.
First off, you pick the kind of meat you want. Turkey, standard hamburger, pork, salmon, grass-fed beef. They have a ton of choices.
Next you pick what spices they blend in. I got something with ghost pepper in it. It was intense.
Pick your bun, they have 5 different choices, and finally pick your toppings. Pretty standard there, lettuce, tomato, onion, different cheeses, etc. Those are all included in the price. They of course have paid extras too, like bacon, fried egg, or avocado.
All in all, you can craft exactly the kind of burger you want, which is what I thought Epic Burger would be. Clearly this is the better choice is money is no object.
There was one little hiccup while I was there. The guy who took my order asked if I wanted fries. I kinda thought about it a little, and he said "have you ever had our fries? No? Well here take a sample" and handed me a bowl full of fries for me to take one. After all that effort I said I'd take the fries, but this was after he said "Plus this way I get one too" and snarfed on down as well. Apparently that was a big no no, the manager saw it and ragged on the guy right in front of me (in my book that's a big no no). Somehow I ended up getting charged 3 cents for the "free sample." I'm not pissed about the 3 cents...I'm pissed because I BOUGHT a damn order of fries because of the sample, and it was only one fry.
Suffice it to say, if you go in there, the fries are great. If you know you want fries, turn down the sample 'cause it ain't free.
