I worked with a designer on this site. He provided the PSD, and I turned it into a functioning website, with drop down menus and an image fade. It's HTML 4.01 Transitional valid:

I downloaded a PSD online and recreated it in HTML. It's XHTML 1.0 Strict validated and provides a download link of the original PSD for comparison:

I made this website for AFT at the University of Illinois. The design is a mix of my suggestions and the clients wishes. The logo had to be recreated off an old fuzzy GIF in Illustrator and scaled up to fit the page layout. The code was also done by me. It's XHMTL 1.0 Transitional valid:
